In other heroes: Riders 1 and 2 appeared to be nuked in Kamen Rider V3 episode 2 but somehow survived. Riderman supposed have been blown up too later on. V3 called him Kamen Rider Number 4 for his noble sacrifice after having once been a Destron scientist and told Tahcibana Tobei that he was dead yet Riderman shows up in Kamen Rider X movie I(with wrong artificial arm) and then in Kamen Rider Stronger and Skyrider (with the correct artificial arm). Riders 1,2, V,3, Riderman, X, Amazon, Stronger and Skyrider all supposed to have died with the Great Leader at the end of Skyrider but all Riders showu p in Kamen Rider Super-1 movie (not the series), ZX special (in which the same familiar voice laughs at them) and last 4 episodes of Kamen Rider Black RX (which makes them look weak). Electro Wave Human Tackle (who Stronger should have proclaimed Kamen Rider Number 8, the first female Kamen Rider but didn't) knowing she was going to die anyway from poison sacrifices herself to save Kamen Rider Stronger from being poisoned to kill Dr. Kate the rose monster (voiced by God Iquana from Rainbowman , Queen Hedrian in Denjiman and Sun Vulcan, Witch Bandora in Zyuranger) by draining herself of all her energy at once. Jo Shigeru carrying Misaki Yuriko's dead body and later standing by a grave is very sad. Tiger Jo and Kaiketsu Lion Maru both sacrifice themselves. Iron Man Tiger 7 dies off camera, alone, as his mechanical heart could only last for one year and he doesnt want his "friends" (who all thought he was a coward because they failed to realize he disappeared all the time because he WAS Tiger 7) wouldn't have to see him die. And Denjin Zaboga disobeys a direct command (first and only time it showed any self awareness) to retreat, because if the robot attacks the dragon monster it will self destruct taking Zaboga with it, and thats just what happens. To protect his creator's son and other humans, Zaboga sacrifices itself. And Fireman carries a giant bomb, mean to blow up planet Earth, back into space so when it explodes he is the only one to die (sotr of like the Kamen Riders did in Skyrider except they somehow survived it.)

Doesn't GaoBlue have an actual name? Given the ending of Dairanger, all deaths are irrelevant since they are not real people. So the first sentai member death, Kiranger 2 isn't tragic? Or Battle Cossack's' death in Battle Fever J?

The first sentai I saw in my life was Liveman. I had like 10 years old if remember well. Watching the murder of Mari and Takuji in the first episode of the series was kinda traumatic. I never saw something like that on television, at least not in a kids show. Death is something not very well explained to kids at that age. Then I watched Liveman until the end and I loved every single episode.
