I like your video showing this particular AD S10 swap kit, sadly there is not a lot of other companies out there to choose from for a comparison. About those nut inserts, its only my opinion but I would never use those for cab mounts or anything that has constant weight bearing down on them. I agree with the other poster and drill holes in the fish plating ( frame rail boxing) big enough to get a nut and socket there. That or the mounts welded to the frame. Other than that good job

I hope those nutserts are steel.i weld them as i dont trust them , especialy for cab mounts.you could drill 1 inch holes on inside of frame mounts for acess to nuts.theres that breathing again.

Well you got it done somehow but you need to explain it better and move your microphone so we don’t have to hear mostly your breathing and sniffing.

What year s10 frame will work??

I am replacing a harbor freight central machinery drill press 1 hp motor with a 1.5 hp. Your video would have probably help but I am real confused as to the purpose of this video. You said yourself sorry for standing in front of the camera. So we were not even able to see what you had to do to wire the motor. So this really doesn't help anyone with wiring the motor.

What s10 frame was used for these swap?

The hard thing to teach is when only1 tire is replaced .. if temperature is dropping tomorrow you have to place the pressure +5 or +6 or even higher on that ONE tire. All the other tires are ar temperature and the air inside are equalized.

What product are you using? How deep should you go when grinding? Mine are in pretty rough shape rust/holes etc. I just need to patch it up to keep water from leaking through. Any tips? Thanks

Rust holes big enough to fit your thumb in is less than average rust for a Scout.

Dual exhaust on a street vehicle is a waste of money in my opinion. 3'' single pipe will flow more than enough for either a small or big block.
