Si, indeed a gem! Perfect spaces between the one level, functional 2 BR on the entry level, excellent kitchen, all the balconies and terraces, and small yard with stunning views! And then characterful garage/cantina/more entertining spaces downstairs, And parking space at central side location of hamlet. Well maintained and cared for, so complimenti to the owners 👏. Beautiful townhouse and it has everything you need however I need more of a town. I like more amenities located in the town.

This is a unique property that has that warm country feel. It has home written all over it. It’s priced as if in the United States and at a fair asking price. It would be nice to compare this property with others that have sold in the same area. Still, if money isn’t the option, this will really please someone and their family.

Just to explain to people for future awareness before passing certain comments.... hamlet style villages were created for a reason. The wives and children would be close while the men would be away, sometimes for a stretch of time depending on their work. These are the characteristics of these beautiful villages. An understanding of that will help you and maybe invite you to allow yourself to remove your mindset of the modcon city life. The work done to the house reflects beautifully the price and im sure the owner would be open to negotiation within limits.
