While this is a beautiful house in the country that has been carefully renovated, I must agree with the others that this is way overpriced. I have aeen a lot of Italian property videos in the past several months and have seen large detached homes with landscaped yards and a pool in Abruzzo for half the price! The seller needs to reconsider the price. I also agree that more care needs to be taken in the filming of these properties. Only a side glimpse of the kitchen was shown and the camera is moving too quickly which ends up giving some viewers motion sickness. I realize the real estate market is picking up in interest, especially in Abruzzo, which means prices go up with the demand, yet this gorgeous home is far too high in price.

Thank you for sharing this gem. Massive potential with this home. I would perhaps use the living area as a bedroom and use the room next to the kitchen as the living area. I would also reopen the doorway from the bedroom to the small room you suggested to be converted to a half bath. Great idea! The icing on the cake is the huge terrace. I don't think I've seen one so large before. It really does not appear to need a lot of work, just some tender loving care.

Funky layout upstairs. Extra wide hall n very narrow bathroom. Huge balcony off the smallest bedroom. Purpose of the 2nd floor kitchen ? Is the other building also included? Not enough picts of all sides of house and yard, land area.too fast walk thru, too rushed. Was there another room off the living room ( behind the stairs) ? The swinging made me dizzy. Probably a decent house with a ton of work needed, just not enough onfo to make decision to check it out in person.

Why so many kitchens?

Lots of potential in the house, ugly tile work everywhere, but that can get changed. The house is large, the outbuildings pretty ugly, but if the price is right this could be a great home! Very sad how dry the garden looks - not enough rain to make things green, altho the trees seem to survive just fine! € 170.000,00 per your web site - a good buy I think!

I check the price thi property its way over priced for Abruzzo with 520,000 I can buy a nice villa in Tuscany, this house and landscaping it will cost few hundred thousand
