If you'd like to try a small batch you can find our sample kit on our website! melt-to-make.com/collections/gelatin/products/product_1176e3e0-269d-8b04-3f0e-c5f2b0e02713 Our sample kit will give you an idea of what it would be like to work with our product and it will also come with our top 10 finished gummy flavors.
I do this for my job this video actually gave me some cool ideas!
I like to create custom formulas for startups and what are your MOQ and batch size? As Formulator I provide the formula and can you create samples?
Thanks for reaching out. We make bulk gummy base (pectin and gelatin), which our customers use to make their own gummies. We also help guide our customers through the entire gummy making process Our MOQ is 10 kg. Take a look at our website to learn more www.melt-to-make.com.
Thank you. Will reach out for guidance.
Sounds great. We have an amazing customer support and technical team who can help answer any questions you have.
Hello I have just bought the sample kit! I’m very curious if I can add butter or canna oil to this mix? Thank you I will be experimenting
It works good with oils and distillates, they’ll be a bit sticky once they come out so it’s best to roll them around in some sugar
Hi there, We're so sorry we missed your comment! If you have further questions please feel free to reach out to us at support@melt-to-make.com
How long is shelf life? I’ve tried making gummies and they mold rather quickly.
As long as your product is stored and produced correctly, shelf life before opening is at least 12 months, and the shelf life after producing your finished product can be at least 12 months.
@@melt-to-make4294 do you add any sort of mold inhibitor to achieve such as long shelf-life? Also, I noticed you don't cure gummies before coating step. Is it because your pads are already dehydrated? Would you use (fruit) dehydrator to dry them or it would be an overkill? Finally, do you add citric acid to the coating sugar?
@@margaret_rejnowska Hi there! The shelf life of our gummies comes from the citric acid inside of the gummy, paired with a low moisture content. To cure the gummies typically we pour, cure until they are ready to pop, coat with sanding sugar or wax, and cure again. All you need to cure them is a humidity controlled room( we suggest around 50%) and pans to lay them on! Lastly, we use ascorbic acid in the sanding sugar. If you'd like to try working with our product, you can find our sample kits on our website! melt-to-make.com/
I need this machine who I should contact
You can reach out to us at support@melt-to-make.com!
Can I put my wax-coated gummies in the fridge for them to set? I don't have a 35% humidity room :(
Yes you can! We just suggest that if you are going to put them in the fridge or freezer, don't allow them for freeze or be in there too long, especially if you're using our gelatin. Keeping them in there too long can denature your gelatin. You can also cure them in the open air even if you don't have relative humidity of 35%, it will just take a little longer for them to cure. You can also buy yourself a dehumidifier from a supply store to decrease the humidity in your kitchen. We also suggest getting a humidity read for your kitchen so you can keep an eye on the general humidity of your kitchen.

Hi, do you have samples to try the texture and taste?
Hi there, please contact sales@melt-to-make.com for sample inquiries.
Nice video! "After the gummies have cured....." How did they cure as you popped 'em out of the mold right in the sugar? Does curing mean drying?
Yes, curing means drying! Depending on the climate of where you live, drying times will differ. There is more information on this in step 4 of this video: ua-cam.com/video/Xr7RcU-4_MA/v-deo.html
Я тоже хочу приготовить. Научите пожалуйста

How long they stay well do you use E202?

Quite the opposite! We make the all-natural gummy base pucks and sell it wholesale business's so that they can melt them down, add any additives they choose and mold them into their own gummies :)
Ahhhhhh ok. Hmmm if they are priced right it could be worth it. Thanks for the reply.

I'm having issues with my gummies. I'm using canna coconut oil. My gummies aren't very strong the high is very muted. Each batch I am using 2 table spoons of cannabis oil I am using the method where I melt 60 albaneses gummies and add the oil. I know it's not the oil because I used the same oil to make cookies and the cookies are very strong. Why is the same oil giving me a different result?
Hi Dom, if you're interested in trying our gummy base. We can assure you consistent quality results. Please reach out to our team if you would like to try a sample kit support@melt-to-make.com
Which machine brand do you recommend
We use the Truffly Made Inc Universal Depositor!
