Yes it was filmed in community garden last Wednesday and the birds are really active at the moment. One on the willow just behind me came to listen to my poem 😊!

Thanks for watching! I was told by the facilitator in a training workshop that he looked at me as the "barometer for the mood of the room" so that's very much the inspiration for this poem.

I did feel sorry for the cast as I don't think they were expecting a nun to be on the front row!

Thanks Sarah - I really appreciate your lovely comment. I wanted to convey that this is an illness in the brain, and there is hope to get better. Also mental illness may happen to anyone however clever you might be, and the trigger can be something you might consider positive - such as having a baby.

Thanks Sian! It's taken some courage and passing of time to get my thoughts together! Katie filmed the clip at the end of me at the Royal Edinburgh community garden. We were so pleased the birds joined in! 😁
