It makes perfect sense.
That was good self-talk, it’s hard work My mother would say, “No one is thinking about you😳” which didn’t feel great either but it helpful in ways😕🤣😂😆 as I grew up later I was able to kind of take some of the edges off of it because it always had a really sharp tone. Because everything is content that we can turn into something that can be effective in one way or the other for us and then for others
That's a hard message to get from your mom ♥️♥️ I understand that could create other trauma responses!

@@RebeccaRH I know and I so wish we could convince the world but most important thing is we’re doing it for ourselves and it has the ripple effect to the people that are out there searching so that’s a wonderful inspiration I’m sitting here right now working on Contant for a new Facebook group that is going to be completely completely completely for serving as well as gathering research. It’s going to be a place where moms, moms to be or women that serve women can come and ask questions and get teach support and help me have real data to start my next book… I have decided to take the authors journey with BBG, you end up throughout the entire process learning everything keen, speaking podcasting coaching everything but you take different journeys in different orders depending upon what you want to implement first since I have a pretty good of where to put my content out I just need to ref it and improve with my delivery and stuff like that like last week I felt so bad and I had to make that video and I know you could tell the difference in watching my other videos and watching that video but I just was not feeling good at all and I was just like I’m showing up. I don’t care I’m showing up. So I’m going to probably I’m getting all the basics down right now, but I’m going to write like a book book. You know what I mean 😆😂 I would love it if you would be a part of the FB group As someone that is a transformational coach, your insight would be so valuable to our members. I have no idea how many people are going to show up. I just know that I’m gonna show up. I know I’m gonna put out the invitations. I’m going to continue to work on my work and you know for every life that’s changed the amount of lives that are touched that life are astounding. So enjoyed talking to you even in the comments like this because I just really I’m like talking to you and so anyway I didn’t mean to make this big long post. I was just gonna DM you later but here we are and I know you’re good with it so You don’t have to answer me. I was just letting you know what was coming. I would be a member because it’s just for moms, I am going to make it just for women. And in full disclosure, I hope to serve these women so well that I will then be able to have the few at a time that or like I want to work more closely with you so this is also part of my business model, for writing a book that actually has impact as well as getting a couple of coaching clients because I think that January my mom will be well enough that I can start scheduling a few appointments here. Yes!!! I was constantly told by my mother I was too emotional and my tears were fake…. I had to do a lot of work to see…. I wasn’t too emotional, she just equates pain emotional with being weak and because she grew up and very hard circumstances she judges “emotions” But, thank I am thankful for God giving me my Grandmother…. She always knew how to explain things so well and she always cheered for everyone’s uniqueness
Grandmothers are so special! I'm so happy that you had someone to help you navigate those emotions without being judgmental of them ♥️♥️
