My mother did this, also blamed me for everything and never took any acountability even if it had nothing to do with me it was always my fault. If i said anything to defend myself she would hit me. But this all stopped once i got strong enough physically and mentally to stand up for myself and others. It was when my son was 3 years old, she started that shit with him as soon as he could understand anything. It flipped something in me and this side of me scares me. I went and grabbed her arm and told her in a extremely angry voice that if she ever talks to my son like that again then I will kill her and then started to cry and left the room. I think it really scared her. And i have flipped everytime she starts that. I leave immediately. She now has almost completely stopped talking to anyone like that when im around.

I needed to hear this. Im going through a custody battle. Unfortunately. I have tried so hard to coparent with him. I have tried so hard. Even went to coparenting counseling, which he stopped doing. Yes it was ordered by the court but it wasnt even counseling it was a bashing session for him. He constantly bashed me and called me names and just lied. I felt like am i going crazy? That didnt happen and when i was finally able to talk he would talk over me then when i tried to speak he would say "I'M SPEAKING!" As if I'm a child.

My wife never says I'm sorry, never admits to wrong doing and will literally sit in silence anytime I try to talk to her about our problems. As soon as I stop trying to talk about any problem, she'll just move on as though nothing happened.

I hate all these churches with priests pastors whatever the f k they call themselves, my mother went to confess and she begged the priest for help and asked for forgiveness because she wanted to leave her abusive husband. Priests got out of the confession room and yanked my mother out of there yelling at her to go back to her husband! In front of people waiting to confess. My mother was 18 years old at the time with three children, she was forced to marry by my grandfather. 😡 This was a Catholic Church as she was brought up Catholic.
