Is it profitable?
l could offer pet and hdpe plastic materials
There are only 25 PET recycling plants in the US, which is why most PET and the other 6 types of plastic are trashed. Europe is always better at recycling than us.
😮😢
I dream.of setting up a plactic recycle company here in philippines.. we have too much plastic pet bottles here.
He says polyetherene, it's polyethyLene. I've never heard teraphthalate said the way he does.

I can tell that the smell arround such plants is unbearable. I work close to one.

GO BACK TO GLASS THIS IS TOXIC
It's not toxic, and bottling companies are going to spend more on shipping glass.
@zyxw2000 plastic bottles leach micro plastic into the water, then we drink it. I'd rather have glass than plastic
@@allenr7306 You don't have a choice. And they don't leak microplastics into the water, otherwise they would stop making them. Our municipal water supply is very safe, and I drink water from my sink, as everyone in the US should. I do buy plastic bottles with seltzer.
@zyxw2000 you got your opinion, and I got mine, and I do have a choice of not drinking out of plastic bottles, lol
@@allenr7306 PET not emitting particles is a fact, not an opinion.

Recycling plastic and plastic containers
What happens to the type 2 (HDPE) bottle caps?
Good question 👍
Most plants separate lids after shredding in a water bath as PET & HDPE are a different density@@jonglewongle3438
@@jonglewongle3438 Bottle caps aren't recyclable, because they fall into the machinery. You've been wasting your time.
@@jonglewongle3438 You're talking about Europe, but here in the US, caps do indeed fall through the machinery, and we're told to remove them. You're too full of yourself to realize recycling is different everywhere.
Que devient le pet qui n est pas de la bonne couleur est ce qu il y a des filliles aussi
Cool. It seems to work on coloured plastic, too, which is something that, according to the news this morning, we can't do in NZ. So they go to landfill. Whatever happened to Kiwi ingenuity?
It sorts coloured plastic with non-coloured plastic, but you can't just mix coloured plastic with non-coloured plastic (else you will get a mix of the two). You can recycle coloured plastic, it's exactly the same process, what should absolutely not be done is mixing different colored plastic. Also most industries need non-coloured plastic, and then they color it themselves.
@@serzaknightcore5208 The machines have laser beams to sort the colors.
@@zyxw2000 Yeah but that cost money. And gouvernement don't like using money. Also that doesn't solve the problem that, for each color, you more or less need a whole other pelletizer, so that's even more money. In big city like new york or paris they maybe have the budget. In small city i am not even sure if they have a pelletizer
@@serzaknightcore5208 Firstly, in the US, the government doesn't run recycling, private companies do. And in the entire US, there are only 25 plastic recycling companies. So most of it isn't recycled anyway.
Good job~
Just use glass bottles
Manufacturers won't pay for the extra shipping weight.
Minciuni frumoase. De fapt fabricile de reciclare sunt surse imense de poluare a mediului, plasticul reciclat e mult mai toxic. Eu n-as consuma nimic din recipiente reciclate
PET isn't toxic. And you don't have to worry about this, because it's in France. Almost no plastic is recycled in the US.
Seems very inefficient. That's a lot of work and steps
okay mam ,can u tell me how dose this plant is get control , the operation mechanism, Thanks in advance !
They don’t dose anything!

Where is this factory located in Europe
Probably germany. Though i thought i noticed a very slight french accent, but looks like i'm crazy
It's said at the start of video East of France. @0.40.

How much cost to estblish this plant?
Over one million dollars, or even more...buddy..
millions of dollars lol
Is it BPA free?
So gay
Nothing is recycled in the US. They just dump it.
I wouldn't say nothing, but indeed there leaves a lot to be desired with US waste management. But there are sporadic instances of recycling, particularly closed loop recycling, in the USA, which are of considerable merit. But, om balance, it radically varies and is all over the place.
Our ancestors had a fine life without PET bottles, unneccessary globalwarming, why can't we?
They chopped down trees to burn in their homes for heat. Ceilings were mayby 2 m (6 ft) high to conserve heat. Took an hour to ride the buggy into town via horse drawn carriage. Things are different and we like our bottles. They're cheap, easy to make and don't break during transport to your store. The list goes on...
then they make more pet bottles that can find their way into nature. right.
I do not buy those bottles. And you should not either.
I'm a free man, Kid. Don't tell me what I should or should not buy with my earnings.
Easier said than done.
@@erictrypucko2139 Truly, I see people buying grocery carts full of these water bottles. I don't believe for one second that they have to do this. They are simply ignorant, or don't give a damn.
Yeah man, good job. What is the alternative you're proposing?
In your kitchen there is a thing where water come out. If you don't have one, ask your friends. If you bought one of those bottles, or some other type, you can put water in it. Take that bottle with you where ever you go. When its worn out, get another one. Kidding you, my friend. I hope you don't mind. I'm so glad you take an interest in the planet and how to live with a small foot print. @@mighebraga5098

Hey! I am really interested in the sorting machine around 2.40min . Is it posible to give me name of it or atleast any information about. Thanks in advance :)
Probably a Tomra optical sorter.
The bourgeois, the spawn of the Capitalist Conseratives, are being broken and it is less of turning post-consumer PET plastic into door shingles and into mud flaps for truck wheels and into speed humps, and increasing volumes of post-consumer PET now going back into bottle and plastic container production. The bourgeois either only understand creative disposal or do not understand or totally reject closed loop recycling. But closed loop recycling is clearly the oncoming thing. This upload is relatively new, still only a few months old.
Plastic is worse quality every cycle unless it is recycled with depolymerization, which is not what is done here.
What do you mean by that ...can u please explain?
@@vaibhavtholiya3096 You can recycle PET and HDPE only 3 times, and it must be mixed with new plastic.
Iwe still have not got it right.
Bangladesh is the right place for this
The most competitive and well customized plastic recycling equipment manufactuers are in China...Bangladesh? Never heard about it.
I am very sure recycled plastics can’t be used again for food and drug packaging in the USA.
It can and it does. The problem is alot of times that Vergin plastic is cheaper and 100% pure vs recycled.
Recycled pet plastic is used in every single state in America try again most likely a break down to every town with manufactured good get sold
They send in Romania , cunts
But plastic can't be recycled a lot of times. It's much better to reuse the bottles like they do in German
