this popped up in my search for bethlem royal hospital, also called bethlem museum of mind, a museum, gallery, shop and grounds of the hospital, they deal with mental health and account for the origin of the word "bedlam" as the hospital dates back to the 1800's and back then had a reputation of horrors rather than cures. i actually live near and i visit the museum and the gallery quite often, some quite famous - and infamous - artists have been resident, notably richard dadd, who has painting on permanent exhibition at the tate gallery - "the fairy fellers masterstroke".
