There should be nand gate instead of and gate for reseting after 10 counts
The AND gate change to NAND gate since we need to turn logic 1 into 0 (if it doesn't work, in my case), so 1 0 1 0 becomes 0 0 0 0.

Hello, why exactly are you negating the clock inputs? we would not have to do it, right? We could just use positive clock signal then right?
Ok, I think I got it. We add the inverters so the follow up flip flops will trigger their first time after the previous flip flop toggled at least once.

You need 4 because it is a mod 10 counter. 10 is between 2^3 and 2^4.

Watch closely and you will find that the reset is initiated with a 1 , not 0. So, AND will do the trick
