I bought one from eBay, the same PC from BMAX. It’s a bmax b2 n3450 mini PC, when I connect everything, the monitor via hdmi, usb keyboard and mouse and adaptor. But when boot it up, it sent me to the bios menu instead of windows, so I shut it off and opened the bottom panel, and noticed that the rtc battery and the m.2 sata ssd was missing. Am I doing something wrong? I ordered the parts I need 2 days ago

Are you planning to recall all the faulty units you have sent to the market? I purchased 5 BMAX B8 Pro units, but 3 of them are already dead, and 2 never powered up. One unit died a month after booting up. I am left with 2 units that I am scared to open and work on.
