Normally if the cement is not offloaded by a specific time, it solidifies inside the mixer. And even in modern countries, poor blokes have to go inside this cavity with sledge hammers and chisels, to pound away at the set concrete. So here with a truck that is totally out of action.....I'm sure the mixer tank is equally rock hardened insides.

I used to travel all over Queensland in Australia and truck drivers in Australia cannot afford breakdowns. Very rarely did I see a truck off the road. Usually it looked like an engine problem. I never saw any broken trucks like that. Never saw one on the road always in a town getting attention there. How can they afford to drive trucks so overloaded. Australia has strict rules and police can check any truck any time for overloading.
