I’ve always preferred the prototype/PC version of Launch Base (and CNZ and ICZ), but this rendition gave me a soft spot for Buxer’s Launch Base. It may not fit the best in the context of Sonic 3’s larger story, but it’s still a funky track. Great work on this.

This remix perfectly encapsulates the biggest problem with modern composers trying their hands at Classic Sonic tracks; the songs themselves are written extremely well, but they choose the most annoying instruments, in order to "give it a retro feel." People say that Tee Lopes should have finalized these songs, but the guitar riffs in this remix show that Jun Senoue could make these tracks sound really good, if he just didn't stick to the same synths and drums. Anyways, great remix!

A really solid remix! I love the drum samples used here and my only nitpick about it is that some of the lead notes don’t exactly sound right, but overall this is fire :)
