As a Marine Veteran, I like seeing stories like this when fellow veterans have found new ways to serve their communities. I think that desire to serve never leaves our hearts. Oorah!✊🏽

I really loved hearing Amber's story of how she went from psychology to bio chem to marketing. "Just get started" is a great advice. I think that is the best way to learn, by action, by trial and error. Even when we start doing a system or process that has been tested and proven by others, we still need to find out whether it makes sense for us. The best thing is to have a child-like curiosity and willingness to experiment with things. You never know what will work for you unless you try it out. My favorite two words are "what if". These words can open a whole new world of possibilities. Amber is on the money, foundational marketing things you want to do is identify your audience and find a way to reach them and connect with them. You also did a great job calling out what is your business goal (be as explicit as possible), what is your differentiating value as a business, who do you want to show up as in the market as (your brand), who do you want to connect with (target audience), and why do you want to accomplish your business goal . Thank you again for this great episode! ☺

Great video! Also, I would say spot in terms of how most of us see selling...as sleezy and pushy...and the importance of moving away from that to build relationships of trust to see if there is a way your audience can be of service to their potential clients. I think anyone knows when they are being "sold to" and nobody likes that. Plus, sales people start sounding like robots...."another sales person trying to push me to buy their product". If I may add here, the reason WHY people want to build a relationship with potential clients is because they first need to win their hearts and minds before they win their wallets. What do I mean by this? According to consumer psychology, people always make purchasing decisions first, and later on rationalize their purchasing decisions. So, if you cannot make an emotional connection with your potential customers....well...you're dead in the water. And this is backed by science. Again, great video!!!! 🥋🤓🙏🏽

Enjoyed this discussion... there's no hacks, it's consistency and discipline. Great to see Precision's success / growth and nice to hear from people that are DOING IT.
