Regeneration of the Orbital Saw Georg Fischer RA4 , RA6 ,RA8 for pipes . Repair
In today's video I am renovating the Gerorg Fischer RA4 orbital pipe saw. These are great saws for cutting pipes for both black steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Old-style saws, heavy but you could say they are indestructible.
Enjoy watching.

Hello, I have a lathe with a 3kw / 380v motor, I can put a 4kw Toshiba converter on it. I mention that at home I have 220v and I connect it to a converter with 220 input and 3 phase output
You will receive all information by asking a question on the Zygmunt Kliszewski channel.
@pureexpanse Thank you for this video! I have the same grinder (Dewalt D28134 QS / Type 3). I am replacing the gear and pinion. I would also like to replace my bearings, but I'm not sure about the bearing size/spec. Are these correct bearings below? (inner diameter x outer diameter x width) - small rear bearing, 608 (8 x 22 x 7) - large front bearing, 6302 (15 x 42 x 13) Thank you again! 🙏🙏🙏
The best solution that I use is to dismantle the bearings and go to a store to have them fit identical ones. Then you can be sure that there will be no inconsistencies. I don't want to mislead you because I don't remember the dimensions, it was quite a while ago. Best regards.
Perfekcyjna demonstracja (!). No i krojenie stali szlifierką kątową, jakby skibę chleba nożem. Gratuluję i serdecznie pozdrawiam ❤👋😀.

Będę sobie myślałnjak działa to urządzenie

Why does everyone bend tiny scraps of metal, why not show actually testing its limits would be far more valuable info. Nice build tho bud
Thank you for your comment. I can only say something about a given tool after I have worked with it for a while. When it comes to a block up to 1 mm thick, it is ok. Above that, there are problems on large sections. In the middle, it is not able to bend nicely, the edge is semicircular. It bends best to a thickness of about 0.8 mm, above that it is different.
mate very nice! but what is your opinon i have a very similar looking parkside hammer drill (probably a copy) and when i set it to hammer only (no rotation) it still rotates a bit slowly or stops, completely randomly. so you cannot make precise work with it, if you use any kind of flat chisel. you have to hold the chisel head with a glove. is pretty annoying. but looking at your video, this isnt the problem in the chuck...? what do you think? thx
It's hard for me to say what it might be without seeing it. You'll have to take it apart and find the cause.

It's like buying something in a store and keeping it in a box or behind a glass window. I use tools ,not place them somewhere and leave them to lay there and get all dusty. If something is damaged , i repair them and they continue to function. Besides , i like to have everything clean and entirely functionate.😉
;)
