Nice layout with spacious rooms and hallways. As you noted, needs some updating, but nothing that couldn't be done after moving in. No HOA is a big plus, IMHO.

Love the wood flooring. The tile in the bathrooms closely matches the wood flooring, so there are no visually jarring transitions. I think that's a very thoughtful design feature that many homes lack. All the interior choices are lovely. That huge backyard + no HOA is a big plus.

Love not being hit with a view of the kitchen as soon as the front door opens. Nice layout with quite attractive upgrades (no popcorn ceilings!!) Best of all, for me, is that huge fenced-in backyard.
