Sare pcs officer sdm nahi bNte hain aur sare sdm IAS nahi bante hain.par sdm extremely pressure me rehte hain aur AE bhi lateral entry se IAS bante hain..Rest assured jab tak SDM aur AE dono state level me posted hain,aone apne zone me dono superior hai aur dono ek dusre ko command nahi kar sakte hain.
