This was partially my route when I worked in the city. I walked from Columbus Circle to Penn Station every day.

looks a lot different than when l was a bike messenger there in 93’-97’, looks a lot cleaner and less congested. when l lived there, sidewalks were shoulder to shoulder and traffic was usually gridlocked…times have definitely changed.

Interesting track....If I was a goat! Far too slow.....a snail passed me. But at least there was no clutter....clocks...speed...altimeter etc and NO constant requests to like or subscribe. So for that reason I have given it the thumbs up! Thanks.

I grew up in that town, and i still go there for different reasons here and there, let me say its no longer woodstock. Its a washed out version, boight and paid for by city people. Its sad honestly. The beauty of Woodstock is gone. Our water and swimming holes closed and/polluted, the rec center no longer filled eith the young being creative amd together, everything is now a sadow of what was, even the green is gone, covered in concrete and no longer do ypung peoplebsit there and play music or talk, everyone chased away by the rapid price increases and tge rent being to high for local people, now transplants from the city own everything , turning into a place where the haves get rid of the have nots, it breaks my heart to see it this way, a souvenir shop is all that woodstock is now.

I still have brochures and maps. I rode a camel when I was there (I think I was 11). Now I need to go check if I have super 8 footage. 😊

Glad you were able to come to my neck of the woods! The beginning of the town rhymes with puts, for Kutztown. There is a lot of German influence in the pronunciations of towns in the Berks/Lancaster area.
