🍫 CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT cake - Baking sounds, soft spoken
This is a very easy and quick recipe that you'll repeat again and again. The soft and fluffy texture of this chocolate and hazelnuts cake is amazing! It stays moist for days and it's so delicate to the taste.
You can also use this chocolate sponge cake as a cake base for your cake decoration. You can use hazelnuts, any other nuts really or no nuts! Up to you, but I'm sure you'll love this chocolate cake.

      Hi Sylvia! I'm not entirely sure if you can replace it and get the same results because the almond flour contributes to the structure of the tart... I can recommend you this other tart base from my Chocolate Tiramisu Tart: bit.ly/3K9xUQO This one is a bit more delicate to handle (it's easier to break) but it's really yummy and nuts free!       Hola! No sé cuál puede ser la razón 🤔 Quizá pones demasiada masa? No debes poner mucha, sólo una capa fina, lo suficiente como para cubrir el pez y muy bien extendida. Y controla el fuego, puede que tengas que ponerlo un poco más medio-alto al principio y bajarlo después para que se caliente bien el relleno sin quemar la masa. Lleva polvos de hornear, sí. Y no es necesario reposar la masa, la puedes usar recién hecha 😊 Un abrazo y suerte con los próximos!!

      Hola Susy! Pues creo que deberías buscar una receta diferente porque la masa de estas, tiene bastante cuerpo y al llevar polvos de hornear, siempre quedan más infladas. Si quieres puedes probar a no ponerles ni polvos ni bicarbonato y no las congeles antes de hornear. Ya me contarás qué resultados tienes!! Y yo intentaré preparar alguna receta de galletas planitas con chips 😉
