I wish you guys sold your floor plans. When I was building my house in jersey. I was pushing my contractor to get me the plans for the aspen model. You guys would not budge. My house is almost done and I still creep on your UA-cam to get my ideas. Sell your floor plans. I’m sure you guys will make good money.

Nice home but stop calling quarter baths, full baths. They are only full if they include both a shower and bathtub.

There’s a lot a little details that are missing from this property that would make it worth the money. For instance, in the laundry room, the washer and dryer are not on pedestals. You have to bend over … seems like a minor thing to look over for such a grand house

This has honestly got to have a 3 car garage though. These big of homes usually have many kids so a third garage area to store bikes and toys is ideal Even if your single your going to have to be rich to afford this which would mean you'd be able to afford more than 1 car
