An antibody of one person can act as an antigen in another person's body Thi There are specific regions on antibodies that can induce the immune system to produce antibodies against them This possible due to antigenic determinant sites present in an Immunoglobulins These are of three categories 1. Mam... What is the difference between Photometer and colorimeter... r both same ..
Photometer measures absorbance of both coloured as well as colourless substances There are some compounds that appear colourless to our eyes as we can see only those compounds that absorb light in visible spectrum and therefore they appear coloured However there are certain compounds that our eyes cannot see as they absorb light in UV / IR spectrum Photometer can detect compounds no matter what wavelength they absorb. On the contrary a colorimeter can detect only compounds having colour
