Saying that if they knew they couldn’t save this baby the mum could have atleast held it. The baby is dying but it would have got some comfort if the mum held it. Then it might not have suffered so much.

Diagnosis. Diagnosis of situs inversus can be made using imaging techniques such as x-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Can situs inversus cause infertility? The Kartagener′s syndrome comprises of classic triad of 1.situs inversus, 2. bronchiectasis and 3.recurrent sinusitis. Male patients with this syndrome are almost invariably infertile because of immotile spermatozoa. The immotility is due to variety of ultrastructural defects in respiratory cilia and sperm tail.

Dr. Tarek If there are gaols for each macronutrient, so all babies will take the same TPN composition regardless caloric needs( unless there is problem or complication) ?? ..... ASPEN published PN dosing paper , to calculate TPN in adult and pediatrics . In pediatric , they don't mention how to calculate energy, they just mention macronutrient distribution and its goal. Why?
