Then try to eat more it will definitely give you more calorie . I was skinny and underweight then I chng my lifestyle my diet added dry fruit and milk and now I look healthy with right amount of fat. Till my college i was skinny and i was alwys bodyshamed

It is crucial to start by saying that the لباس الشرعى is not just a scarf or covering some parts . It's a whole dress code . And this is not saying if you just wear the scarf that you should remove it . NO . Just giving us women a change to wear what Allah wants us to wear . To change for the better . Especially Ramadan let's all change . Let's go for all wide jilbabs/ dresses / abayas or whatever you can wear that have the conditions fulfilled . It's not just a head scarf 🌸
