@@MEHIGHTOWER Hi the smell when pressing or when you heat it up? Sublimation in general can be a bit smelling but if you’re referring to the smell of the press it self I didn’t really bother me much, what does yours smell like?

So for this particular way that I did the wreath I found it easier for looping it through to unravel the mesh, for ones where I’m just wrapping it around definitely left the mesh on the roll, it was definitely difficult which I explained. I sped the video up so it would not be so lengthy after going over each step! I definitely appreciate the feedback, I would like to know what your suggested method for wrapping the top of the hat would be? It’s never my intent to not be fair to my viewers so I’m always interested in ways that I can improve! Thanks again for your feedback😊

Hi it really depends on the type of design but for this particular design the words were 1.76 in x0.46 for the be mine and the xoxo was 1.32x.32. I always test the size out by looking up a picture of taking a picture if my item and add it to design space and I size it to the correct size to give me a better idea of how it will look on the actual item! Yes depending on how fast your paint dries and how thick of a coat you add. You want to make sure your not wiping your colors off. If you notice it’s wiping off allow it to dry a little longer. You can do it immediately after the shock paints most times and after paint pens

Yes but only if lightly washed and bite soaked anything with vinyl on it that’s not seal with resin or crystalac would need to be lightly hand washed.

Hi yes you can use micas it all depends on the look you are going for! With the pen turners I’m usually doing epoxy resin which is great for drips and alcohol inks etc. I keep curing until it feel smooth and not tacky! Do you know what watt your uv lamp is ? That definitely will matter for the timing. I will say I do at least 3 minute 3 intervals of 60 seconds

Hi thank you so much for you comment !!! Yes this is definitely my preferred method all the others methods are the ones I had tacky UV resin with. I do really like the uv resin brand I have now I’ll find it and post the link here! I find with doing it this way in the video with this uv resin helps. I also allow my pens to sit for a couple days after curing and I cure multiple times back to back. I’ll link my uv lamp as well ! If all else fails I go in for a thin layer of epoxy on that last coat instead especially if I know I have to get the order out ! I hope this helped if you have any more questions let me know !
