What is better st. John or north side of river market area?

I believe they don’t need to build anymore. Floridians have the beach… why not use that for surfing. I don’t get it. These people make me want to ditch earth

I've lived in Jacksonville Beach Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach and I'd be hard pressed to say which one is best. It all depends on the lifestyle you choose

Great floor plan. Looks a lot like the Moultrie model from Mastercraft. We’ve purchased from both DW and Mastercraft. After living in both homes, in my opinion, Mastercraft builds a better home. Better attention to detail with 2 x 6 construction.

Thank you so much for hitting the school issue here. We lived in Cadence of Nocatee and was upset to see it wasnt St Johns school district However Bartram Springs Elementary was and is Amazing A rated school Then come to find out being in Duval we had to move out of Cadence (management priced most of us out ) we moved to a duval area which is also nice but now for middle school we are all fighting for the Charter spots next year due to the drop in ratings which are non existent. It's refreshing to see someone else address that elephant in the room for family with kids who aren't financially ready to get the house none of the apartments in nocatee are zoned for St John's only reserve which has many issues of its own so THANK YOU!

I am from Orange County CA an ex professional body boarder, we had a friend that was a big Builder in the area, and when Covid started we felt we needed to leave CA and St. Johns County/ Nocatee looked like a great place to bring our family, so we built a home in Shearwater that our friend had Lots for his companies product. The surf park will create a landing pad for a residential and commercial ecosystem that will sustain itself. Plus the technology is definitely there now, as i was involved with the testing of the first manmade wave invented by Tom Lochtefeld at one of his waterparks in Schlitterbahn TX back in 1996-97. I have also been to the Pool in Waco TX and many other surf pools and have surfed all over the world. The surf community nationwide will be willing to travel to this making it a destination and draw crowds nationally and internationally. I have friends that have recently opened a wave pool in Palm Springs that has finally opened to public. I am excited for this and the fact that it is close to the beach is only a plus as you already have a big local surf community that will support it as well..
