to tell you the truth as soon as we climbed down the rocks his truck pulled up to that spot from a dark area in the parking lot. If we did have anything he made sure we wouldn't have anywhere to toss it or hide it.

i myself don't keep any fresh water fish. I didn't catch this, I just seen it and walked over with my camera. I herd the flats heads where stocked by accident and have bread and survived in that dam all this time so i fill you on that. but I as well don't tell people what they can keep especially if its legal..

If they’re not natives to the lake it don’t matter to take home or not everyone has there preference for fishing for the sport or to eat as long as it’s Legal that’s why there’s regulations on fishing I do it for both depending on the species my self

Then they’re complaining why there isn’t any fish or good fishing. Legal or not they should feel lucky they were accidentally stocked and try to preserve the fishery. I wish I had flatheads near me and not just bullheads and channel cats. Whatever though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

sorry about the late reply. To tell you the truth that year was my 1st year catching one there after years as well. I try to move around as much as i can to find one. And switching lures. If that don't work buy the A-Rig lure
