If I try the rasin glue pen with rhinestones in the fabrics is it going to stick permanently or not?
Resin on fabric will stick but become very stiff and hard

Can I just put this on a stainless steel cup the template and then paint the inside colors with acrylic paints? I can't use spray paint.
Absolutely! Just make sure you use a good quality acrylic paint. Your stones will stay on only as well as the paint does.

These were 4mm resin stones
I have a variation of the big cup with the sticker on the bottom and instantly disliked it. I’m just tinkering around with a new hobby so I didn’t see the need to send it back, but I also knew I did NOT want to leave it as is. This is just the thing I was thinking of but did not know how to execute it. Thank you so much for solving a problem I never knew I was going to have
