I guess it depends on how much card making you want to do. The mini is perfect & I purchased my Mini Misti regular price. I don’t know if Amazon puts them on sale periodically. I did purchase my regular size Misti I got directly from My Sweet Petunia when it was on sale. I have used the mini so much more than the regular.

@@jennilynnhandcrafted I had to replace mine. They get dirty like crazy plus I’ve snapped a few lol and I’m not that strong at all 🫠🫠 but I also still have to do something with them. At the moment I have storage on my computer chair for them so it works out for now…

@@CassiesCraftCorner Oh I have totally snapped a mat! I currently have about 2 mats that are almost ready to retire. I'll probably use them to hold vinyl when weeding or paper when I'm paper crafting.

Oh wow! I never thought to change the number of times. So far, I think I’ve been lucky with my glitter. I just wish it was easier to see the cut lines when I weed.

@@jennilynnhandcrafted I just happened to notice the issue happening with my cricut maker 3 and then my joy and it was frustrating. I also wish it was better to see. Oh! Baby powder. Sprinkle baby powder on it and you can see the design. Amy Makes That has a lot of great cricut hacks. There’s also Amy Romeu which is how I learned that changing the number of cuts is a game changer. And Kayla’s Cricut Creations and Bethadilly who also has fun cricut hacks too. I personally like to bend it as if it’s infusible ink and weed it that way. I’ve never used the baby powder hack yet 😛

I love bending the vinyl and IF but I’ll have to try the baby powder. 😊 I’ve definitely watched Amy Makes That, Kayla, and Bethadilly. I’ll check out Amy R. Thanks for the tips!

Same girl! My hubs always wants me to drink match…which I hate! I do LOVE green tea but not matcha. So, tons of coffee and water plus some green tea are my go to drinks. 😊

@@pattondanielle I use a standard grip mat and make sure I have the shiny side (carrier sheet) down on my mat, then I select glitter iron on, and more pressure. Sometimes, I use painter’s tape or washi to tack down the corners if I’m worried the glitter is going to shift on the mat. What settings do you typically use?

@@pattondanielle oh man, I’m so sorry! This is only with glitter right? I wonder if shimmer would work better instead of glimmer. I’ve had the most success with Expressions Vinyl glitter and I’ve used Hobby Lobby some. I can’t remember if I’ve used Cricut glitter or not. I like the “smooth” glitters not the rough/chunky ones.
