Ok what you just said is dumb the idea that basketball players like you said only 48 minutes is a joke in bodybuilding how long did I take you to build that body I guarantee that it is not as long as the basketball player with most crafting in their skills before they get to the age of 10 and the thousands of hours of practice and training the players who party and have a bad work ethic flame out of the NBA/NCAA you are also acting like other sports don’t have strict diets have you heard of any boxing or mma were they have to stay in a specific training, regiment, and diet or they are not allowed to fight at all just stop trying to act like bodybuilding is the only 24/7 sport because those people take their own sport seriously just like nearly every other athlete just be quiet when mentioning a argument when you only know one side

Yes. Depends on what your goals and mobility are will determine what movement and when you should be doing them. I suggest for seated db shoulder press you put bench at 70° angle so there is less impact on the lower back when overhead.
