I have been thinking, for some time now, of getting one of the etrikes. I am 75, just shy of 5’, so have had concerns as to whether I could manage it. I met a woman riding one in my neighborhood about a year ago (it’s now 8/2024) who told me that when I order the trike, I will have to choose how many gears I want. She said to be sure to make that choice, otherwise, it only comes with what is essentially a first gear. I haven’t ridden any type of bike since around 1980! And I’ve never been on any bike with hand brakes and gears, so I am utterly unfamiliar with the terminology; I’ve no idea what PAS is! . Before I order, I am definitely going to talk to the manufacturer to get a brief education!

love to see this getting someone out enjoying the world that they wouldn't have been able to otherwise.

Fun moped exerciser 😅 . I enjoy my Ebike but if feel good on my manual also. I want a better E bike though and secure enough that i won't get a flat because they are heavy to walk and what not

I wish I didn't have to write this review. These Lectric XP trikes are cheaply built in our view. I bought two of them in July of 2023, by October both bikes have a bad axle bearing on the rear. This is with only neighborhood rides and no speed above 2. total miles on one is 117 and on the other 102. We asked for help from "Lectric" but was told that this bearing is not repairable and Lectric e-bikes said to send them back to see if we could get new ones. We live over a thousand miles away. They refused any help with shop manuals or tech support, just send them back. We have the bikes setting in our garage if anyone wishes to verify. Sorry. Don and Jenny

Thanks for this video. At 10:16 I thought for sure you were going to bump off of the sidewalk and into the road to avoid that traffic signal. Isn't it just like road crews to block a sidewalk. I just bought my 71 year old wife the same trike, she has never ridden a bicycle in her life. I'm a 69 year old, long time motorcyclist and now scooter and ebike owner. I also bought a pair of Bluetooth bicycle helmets so I can ride along with her and encourage her.

Being hooked up to that O2 tank he won't last long. That bike will be 4 sale 6 months from now after he passes.

I just bought one of these. i HATE it. I get about 12 miles on a charge.. Absolute horrible company
