The intro features quite a lot of (unsurprisingly) Italian pollution in the speech but when the show gets started its like a form of *Tunisian Arabic* which, of course, Malti truly is, an *ARABIC DIALECT* These shows were pretty much done on an *Arab Budget* *Baġit Għarbi* The Maltese equivalent of saying "Going Dutch" Anything relating to *Arabs* in Malta is equated to something "cheap" or " Nasty" *Żomm dejjem il-Malti pur. I just so love watching these old *North African ARAB* tv shows. Just so so Tunisian, Algerian etc! This just goes to prove that *ARABS* can make tv soap shows as interesting or engaging despite Italian pollution!

My family is Tunisian and we all love watching these *North African Arab* TV shows> We can follow a lot of the dialogue despite the Italian Pollution that regularly appears in it.

When a Tunisian "friend" came around we decided to watch some rubbish on the TV but I suggested we try and watch something from UA-cam as it was cheaper. I cane across these Maltese soap operas as they were known to be made on a low budget, use the same set of cheap actors, filmed in crap studios, written by board theatre students and were seen as general crap. So when we started watching this he just started to cry as he could understand then. "They are speaking in my language (but with Italian pollution)" he exclaimed. "Oh" I said. "So are they Arabs then?" "Yes" He said. They sound like Arabs they look like Arabs they behave like Arabs and party like Arabs.

I love these North African *Arab* drama shows ♥️🇲🇹🇹🇳🇩🇿🇱🇾✔️ (despite the Italian pollution! 🚫🇮🇹☢️)
