how do i adjust right sound when on console. when i put all in , i can only hear left side. but when i loose a bit, i can hear both but my mic not connected
Hmmmm, that's not happening with mine. Try it on another controller. Or try the headset with another device like a cellphone. If the headset is working with another device, then there could be problem with your controllers headphone port.
