This is a place holder video until I can drop in a better one because;
I repeated 'Wave Hands' one time more than necessary, my feet are not always in frame, and I am unhappy with the camera angle as well as the location setting.
And lastly, I was curious as to what I look like for self-critiquing purposes. So there may be some changes in the next one. Soon, I hope.
The guy behind me is much better.
Beware of the loud sound at 7:05 as the AC kicks in!

Shing Yi's 5 Elements Linking form performed for bilateral symmetry. The point of departure from the 'traditional' sequence is when the Dragon form (White cat climbs up/down the tree) is performed twice, allowing for engagement of the alternate side of the body. From Kenny Gong's system.

I learned the Cheng Man Ching short form and practiced that form exclusively for 14 years before learning the Yang long form. This is the Long form sequence done in the CMC method.
