We actually do that because we won both of those wars, 1776 and 1812.
Regional accents are a thing, and the regions in the UK are sometimes only 50~100 miles in area.
Here's a list of the more famous ones; received pronunciation (RP, the "normal" English accent, from around the Oxford / Windsor area), Cockney (East London), Essex, Geordie (Newcastle area), Brummie (Birmingham), Scouse (Liverpool), West Country (from Bristol all the way down to Newlyn, lots of variations), Mancunian (Manchester and surrounds, quite close to Liverpool but a separate accent), South Welsh, North Welsh, Glaswegian, Edinburgh, Highlands, Hebridean, Scots Border. And most of the above have variations as well. And there's plenty of other accents too.

I see the confusion now. Yes. I can definitely clarify that for you. Videos are moving images, with or without audio, that are made up of individual images (frames) shown at a fast rate of speed.

There's people that become "middleclass rich" once they worked up enough to build a supermarket, these guys could open several supermarkets every year if they wanted, where I'm getting at is that they could invest in simpler things that will still give them enough money for way more than basic stuff without really doing any work, yet, some of them still ended up broke and homeless once they ran out of career money.
