Sure, that makes sense for the common people; however, I never understood why the Jedi, especially Yoda, never got a feeling through the force that Palpatine was a Sith Lord. But, of course, there has to be a story line...
@@bthearen yoda specifically mentioned that the dark side clouds everything including the vision of the Jedi. Not only that Palpatine actually used a power called Force Concealment to hide his true nature
The Dark Side by its nature wants to be appeased with suffering….Palpatine created mass suffering with the clone wars…the Dark Side rewarded him with the power he desired.

Huge missconception that Obi-van, Anakin & Luke Skywaker are dead. They are in "the inbetween" observing and communicating with thier apprentices.
I've been saving myself from watching the sequels im a 38 year old dad I haven't seen them because I was told there were bad should I watch

I like how in the novel Anakin sees right through Sidious and executes his commands not out of genuine loyalty to him or the Sith, but because he knew the Jedi would try to stop him from taking over after assassinating Sidious after learning the secret to saving Padme. Before being burned and confined to his suit, Vader had every intention of murdering Sidious after learning how to save his wife and would've done so. In the movie I always got the feeling that Anakin just pledged himself to the Sith even after Palpatine admitted that he couldn't save Padme Sidious: to cheat death is a power only one has achieved. Translation: only my master knew this power, but if we work together we can learn it too. In other words Sidious has been lying to Anakin and after realizing this Anakin still kneels before him. The movie makes him appear so desperate that he'll take Palpatine's word that they'll learn to cheat death together In the novel Anakin is silently plotting against Sidious from the moment he is dubbed Vader

Because the maker of the Sequels lacked too much information (or care) to not create massive plot holes.
Reading that book gives you so much insight into the prequels. It was an awesome read.
@@kiddbuu5178 100% agree! It’s by far my favorite Star Wars book and it’s even better than the movie in my opinion as every major scene you are given an insight into their thoughts and feelings that we don’t get to see on screen.
@@HuntersHologram i still think i might put heir to the empire and vector prime above it but its up there. But having count dookus pov during that first part of the book is my favorite thing I've ever read in star wars.
@@kiddbuu5178 Oh the Dooku part is incredible! The duel between him and Obi and Anakin lasts an entrie chapter. It’s super fascinating to see his thoughts especially right before his death.

Logically Leia cannot use the Force. If she was Force sensitive, she would have become a Wound in the Force after witnessing what happened to Alderaan.
@@GuestDude_HandlesAreDumb she can use the force and has. She is the literal daughter of the chosen one. It would make zero logical sense if she didn’t use the force. And everyone is force sensitive. Not just Jedi and sith. That was established a long time ago.
@@HuntersHologram ummm, no. That's not how this works. Again, if she was Force sensitive then when she witnessed the destruction of Alderaan she would have become a Wound in the Force. This is basic canon. Being present for the deaths of billions caused by a superweapon that also destroyed a whole planet that Obiwan was able to feel while in Hyperspace would have been overwhelming for any Force sensitive in the area. It's also proof that Anakin/Vader wasn't the Chosen One, but was actually a Wound in the Force caused by Darth Plagueis and Palpatine's attempts to create life --- the Force pushed backed against their attempts, effectively like an immune response, making Anakin.

Honestly, I would been ok with her just wanting to be with Han, where later that would alter to ALLOW Jedi to have families, as that would become a Gen Gap AND conflict for future ordeals with ancient practiced Jedi.
I’d like to believe Anakin is the chosen one not only because he kills the Emperor but because he begins the line of Skywalkers. George Lucas intended, I believe, for Luke and Leia to continue the work of the Chosen One. In that way, Ben and Rey follow the way of the Chosen One too. The Force itself fathered a line whose destiny is to bring balance to the Force forever and for all time.
