Such high production value, definitely underrated, deserves more!
Appreciate that 🙏
First! So good bro.
Let’s go 🤙 Thanks bro!
I wanted to try a new aspect ratio for this video and I've got to say, I kind of like it! Hope this video taught you guys something new and was easily digestible. Have a happy holidays and I'll be seeing you all soon :)
How many frames are those clips
@@3pvproductions995 I believe they were 5 or 6 frames. That being said, I suggest using clips between 3-8 frames long for this effect to look it’s best. Thanks for watching! 🤙
Which method stuck out to you the most? I would love to make a "sequel" to this video down the line. Hope you all enjoy and learn something new. :)
Finally. Someone who actually teach basic and straightforward lesson. Thank you!
@@justanotherjosh5293 Thanks for watching. Appreciate you 🤙
That’s amazing
This was impressive
❤️🔥
Amazing video! So many tips jammed into one video One question, how does you process start when you begin a project? As in, do you look at all your clips, place them together, and then go back and add effects or do you do everything in real time?
Love to hear that. Appreciate it. Great question. My work flow normally begins by trimming through all of my footage and grabbing my selects, then I start to piece through footage and imagine what transitions or effects I could apply to them. It changes all the time, and I often find myself spending hours trying to achieve one transition just to scrap it... For simpler edits I can piece the entire thing together, then add stuff later. Hope this answered your questions.
@@nickolaasmedia Definitely answered and make a lot of sense. I can surely relate to the hours spent on scraped clips lol! Thank you for the response!
simple and concise, straight to the point yet easy to follow, thank you so much
Always tryna keep it that way. Appreciate you supporting my videos 🤙
Thank you

@@gifted1ne642 Thank you bro! Appreciate you watching. 🤙
❤
Thank you this was helpful
No problem!
how long should the clips be?
@@shotbyumar I suggest anywhere between 4-8 frames. The clips need to be short in order for the motion blur and key framing to have the most impact. Thanks for watching 🤙
@@nickolaasmedia thanks for the descriptive reply!
@@shotbyumar No problem man.
Dope stuff as always 🔥 you ever use a gimbal at concerts or all handheld?
Yo thanks Sam! I normally go handheld because carrying a gimbal in such crazy crowds is too scary for me. IBIS and warp stabilizer have become my best friends. Going forward I'm going to try and implement my gimbal a bit more.
how can i get this sfx
I use Envato elements for all of my sound effects! Thanks for watching.
Amzing video really learned alot from it will implement in my own concert recap🔥🔥
I accidentally released this video super early today, lol! Glad you got to watch and it helped you 🤙
@@nickolaasmedia i am in +5:30 (India) timezone so its day here 😎
How do I do this with without after effects
@@KyleHollingsworth-b5u The steps are pretty similar. You just use the pen mask tool inside of Premiere Pro. Key framing is still the same, shaping the mask, etc etc. I’ll have future videos that show how to do it in both softwares. I realize now not everyone can connect the dots between both PR and AE.
What do you mean about apply image, help pls 😭
@@sergioespinoza4768 Follow my steps in the video and it should work for ya! Apply image is an option you can select in Photoshop.
Woah love this so straightforward and precise. Thank you
@@Dammy1998 It’s funny how well this video has done. I never expected it to. Glad you found it helpful. 🤙
What aperture were you shooting at on these clips great shots btw im just trying to learn if I should be using high aperture when shooting around environments like this or not
Good question! I shot wide open for most of these, so 2.8. I had to in many instances because it was dark and I didn't want to have to bump my ISO. The way I look at it is if you want more of your frame in focus, up the aperture. Thanks for watching.
thanks for the tutorial man
@@user-rd6cr9uc9b Cheers! 🤙

When I adjust the scale & position on mask it’s like if doing wrong please help me
Interesting. Make sure you're adjusting it under the Transform option. You'll need to set your keyframes at the beginning of the clip before any changes, then drag the play head out to one frame before the end of the clip, from there just scale in and move your position to where you'll need it. I hope this was the answer you were looking for!
