We just got one 10x10 and set it up today , but we are having trouble with he red bullet thingy towards the wheels - we don't know how to strap them around the lets and stick the bullet thingy into the slot - just falls out? do you have a solution for that? Janet from Portland OR

Light waves bounce off of all surfaces of an object in all directions essentially and the mirror intercepts and redirects them. You can draw a line from your eye to any point on the mirror and then draw a line from that point on the mirror to the object it is reflecting, so your hand is being observed by the pieces of the mirror not covered by the paper. It simply looks like the part of the mirror behind the paper is reflecting your hand, but that is actually the mirror off to the left/right of the paper (the part directly behind the paper will not reflect your hand as there is no direct line you can draw from it to your hand)

I believe it is Beacuase the other parts of the mirror are reflecting, when I tried this out myself you could only see certain parts of the hand so when you raise them you see that whole part. Hoped this helped

Could that "dirt" be graphite powder coating the contacts? I see on my keyboard that all the contacts are darker than metal traces usually look, but only one key has to be pushed harder than usual to sound - all the rest are working fine. How come that the other "dirty" contacts work ok?
