Charlie got his halter on today with absolutely no treats involved. He’s a quick learner who wants to please but he still needs to learn manners. He’s getting there one day at a time

No he’s from out of state so just a precaution to other horses just incase. He’s young so he’s a healthy baby but he could be carrying something contagious to other horses
