Hey! thanks for your question, please see my response below: The Abandoned Cart is a bit higher up in your funnel since these subscribers have just added an item to their cart and not actually proceeded to starting checkout. I would suggest a separate flow with a slightly more enticing offer as well as a solid focus on possible buying hurdles. The Abandoned Cart falls right in between your Browse Abandonment & Abandoned Checkout Flows, so be sure to exclude these subs in your other flows! You can still you Canva but Figma has some pro features that will take your emails to the next level. I will make a video for you in the coming weeks!

Do your black background emails also turn into white backgrounds for dark mode users using gmail? That's the issue I have right now with Klaviyo.

Hi Nate, I have two questions. 1. In the CTA button with "Yes, keep me in the loop" , where does the button link to? The website? 2. is there a way to automatically suppress the profiles that go through the flow and never open/click? I added a step to the final "Profile Property Update" step of the flow. I added "Update Existing Profile" ->"Accepts Marketing"-> "False". Would that automatically suppress the profile? Thank you!

Hi Nate, thank you for your tutorial! There's one concept I can't fully grasp. You set up these flow filters: if someone opens or clicks on an email in the flow (=since starting this flow), they immediately exit the flow. Is that correct? This seems a bit contradictory because, in the first email, you ask the user to click the button to indicate their willingness to stay on the list. As a user, I would think that even if I opened and read the email, not clicking the button would result in me being removed from the list. However, according to the filter conditions you set up, they would leave the flow and continue receiving my newsletters. Could you please clarify what seems a contradiction for me? Thank you!
the whole point of the flow is to get them to re-engage with your brand. if they open an email in this flow they will be removed from the sunset segment which is a good thing!
