That state trooper smackin' the hell out of Herschel's behind after the second TD run 🤣
Pre 1964. Thanks for posting!
Huncker Down you old Silverhemets!
Man the game was played so differently back then. The running game was more heavily used and throwing was more of a last resort. Go back more than 30 years you see slinging Sammy Baugh dominate multiple positions in the NFL
Real MacTown! 478
I was 14, and attended many of the '76 games with my Dad; great memories.
My dad and Fred were buddies.
Herschel, Bo Jackson, and George Rogers…they don’t make them like that anymore.
Texas still won the game.... Hook Em
The band sucked, they should’ve just had the JB’s band at the halftime show. However, as usual Mr. Brown’s performance killed! 😊
Here Comes a NEW COACH in 2001 Mark Richt
Tried to post a comment before but not sure I hit send. That was a great halftime show. I was one of the trombone players in the Redcoat band. A bunch of us local guys/gals that grew up in Athens that graduated from either Clarke Central High or Cedar Shoals stayed in Athens at UGA and were in the Redcoat band at that time. We did a lot of crazy stuff in those years. A wedding at halftime. Prince Charles. But the greatest was being able to play in the backup band for The Godfather of All Soul!
Great memory! Thanks for sharing.
Was the Snapper set for 1 second before the snap?
This drive looked like molasses going up hill lmao. The O-line's blocking scheme of "Dive at the other guys knees before he can move" had me rolling watching this. Cool seeing some single/double/triple option, and some bootlegs for Fran too
Gooooo Dawgs Sickem
This Never gets old!!
HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY MR. PRESIDENT! (THANK YOU, ABOUT THEM DAWGS, FOR POSTING THIS. AMAZING GOOOO DAWGS!!!)

PULPWOOD A LEGEND
I’m born and raised in AUGUSTA GA! Love me some JB!
Almost tailback speed? Really? He is just as fast as any tailback I've watched through they years. Maybe not the fastest, but he was just as fast as a lot of tailbacks.
Fullback? wow, he should have played tailback Vince, but rip sir!
Fastest fullback in the history of football!
Man I love those red pants.
Look at my cute fiancé go!!!!
My all time favorite play. Appleby has successfully run the end around for positive yardage about 3 times earlier in the game When he took the hand off on this one, the whole FL defense bit leaving Washington wide open.
Hard to believe that about to be 10 years ago
Crazy thing is Ronnie Harris was my head coach in middle school 😂
What a GREAT memory! Todd was SPECIAL!!
Go Dawgs!!
I remember him well. Seems like he ended up at South Alabama or something and did make it in the Pro’s Wish he could have remained a dawg
Rodney Hampton - haven’t heard that name in a while. Loved him as a pro with giants. Guy was good.
I hate orange.
That dude had some sick moves! I would love to see his highlights from the 1987 Georgia Mississippi game
I HATE ORANGE 😂
Clemson came back to win that game on a last second field goal.

We got the 83 Game in Athens with Munson?
What was great about this was the next year I saw a bunch of fans lining St. Rte 85 and spraying water at Auburn fans driving up to Athens for the game
Ole Miss Georgia and Florida tied for second in SEC at 5-1.
Oddity Tony Dorsett started his Pitt career with a game against Georgia and ended his career with a game against Georgia.
This was the second of three games Pitt and Georgia played between 73 and 76.
Who gives a flyin flip? I’ll just post a Falcon highlight from 78.
D1 hater lol
Nah we all know wraslin is FAKE1
Awesome
