I use to have really bad sleep paralysis but haven't had an episode in years. Not even tired and 10 minutes later I had to stop cause my whole body started tingling and that means sleep paralysis. Its pretty scary but I got so use to it I can stop it from happening before it does.

I use frequencies instead of piano notes to practice my bass and find out what notes things are because its just so much easier for me lol
