LG Washing Machine WD15060SD6 No Power
8 years old LG Washing Machine WD15060SD6 lost power half way through a wash. Couldn't power it back on. Seems to be a faulty main PCB EBR65873653. Couldn't find any videos/guides for this specific machine. Also, the dampers maybe replaced since the machine is quite loud in the last few years, whereas when we first got it it was quiet.

Part1 How to Prepare Wood Floor for Shower Base and Tiling
Переглядів 58 тис.7 років тому
Part 1 of new bathroom project. This how-to video shows tile board going down onto timber floor, and the shower floor drain grates.
That’s funny, they only had those door handles high up because that door was upside down! 🤦🏻♂️ 🤣
Thank you sir
I got bought me some fuel injectors for mine does it matter if one of them are different colour from the rest or should I get another one the same colour
dangerous cutting. unclear articulation.
Don't jam a screwdriver into the electrical connector on the injector to release it. On the reverse inside the grey cover there are 4 black tags. If you squeeze the outer two together the grey cover will slide off. Then if you depress the inner two towards the body the other end will lift and release the connector. It took me quite a bit of force to remove the rail but it slipped back in with a bit of WD40 with just gentle hand pressure.
Repair the board or at least try to.
Thanks for the video. I think if this is for an exterior door you'd probably also want to fill the inside for weatherproofing purposes before doing this stuff. I guess I realized I can use some expanding foam gap filler there for this purpose.

Did you put that tile board directly over the finished hardwood flooring? If so, did you need to add a moisture barrier between the hardwood floor and the tile board?
Do you know what the ticking is at the end of the video I have the same tick
I did it with the Woodglut plans.
Great video sir. I have a 12 year old LG front loader that died on me. I have the same problem where the LED on the PCB does not light up. I will see if I can buy a new or rebuilt PCB and save $1800 on a new set.
what happens now ?
@@TVTika I bought the main PCB board and that fixed it. I still have my old one if I wanted to fix it. I spent $180 (ebay) on one with a lifetime warranty.

Hello i havz a question as im having problems with my LG washing machine. When i press the Button ON the volatge tester from red become green. Frim what i understand the problem in my case is the front control board?
those old holes were not 2 metres high buddy!!
Hi what was the tool called for the injector hose removal tool , cost and where did u purchase it , it would have good to see how u removed the injector from the vehicle ,was it just the top bolts ,on mine i also have the corner bolts.
Yeah good question, I was also wondering. Though my main question is, is it possible to remove the fuel line from the rail without the tool? I'm not particularly keen on buying a whole new tool to use it once and then have it gather dust
ok
Could you share the link for the manual?
Anyone have experience with these China injectors? They are less than 1/6 the cost of Bosch
c mon man you do not repair the board?
If this doesnt fix my rough idle im going to lose it, already done plugs and coils and its not fixed. Mines a 2004 vz and never gives me codes for anything but idles like crap and sometimes on cold morning the engine shakes really violently until you drive it for a bit.
Did u find the issue?
Just fill holes with builders bog or wood filler, sand down and paint. Much faster... and safer. If you're going to use packers I'd recommend using a plane to trim down the thickness rather than a blade!
We have 2 & 4 showing on obd2 on the 2005 Crewman, 220,000 km. At the end of your comment above, you say to search online for the pin to injector number. I just wasted 50 minutes and no joy! Can you help or would it be just as easy to use a 12v hot wire and listen for clicks to get the pin layout? Thanks. Good video, just edit out some of the dead time.
I've ended up doing a check using a hot wire, all 6 work plus they all read around 12 Ohms so why is the Obd2 saying that number 4 is 'open circuit'? Is it the ECU? I mapped the connectors using a Ohm meter. There are two earths, one for each bank. I also mapped the connection to the ECU on the front of the motor, so that means all the wires have continuity.
Hi, where did you find the manual that told what to do? The one one your screen
Thanks for the informative video! I need to do the injectors on my 2009 Colorado and this video is perfect. Glad people take the time to post their experiences. Thanks again. Cheers, Jay.
looks like shit
There is a open 5 watt resister just right side
Yes 220ohm have work
I have done very similar with Stodoys plans designs.
Great video, saves me a lot of time trying to figure it out myself. I have a 2007 model in roughly the same condition as yours and regular fluid changes can only do so much...
Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
Just got stitches removed today from a slip of the utility knife cutting drywall. This video caused PTSD.
Thanks so much. Man I didn't know you can test the PCB like that before buying one. People have been buying them without knowing
I did it too. This is what I used Stodoys designs for
Hello, May i know what webpage it is
9:19 video cuts did you use hammer to push down 😂
Nice, nice, very nice. However, you can make it better. Just google Woodglut and learn how to do it easily.
Hi fellows. I think you need to take some time and take a fast tour on Woodprix website.
I really like it. Also check out Woodglut and plans.
I have a vy series 1 v6 2003 . I changed the plugs , leads recently , changed coils 2 years ago and once changed fuel pump . My car missfires in idle and sometimes rpm needle shakes little bit when it missfires in idle . While driving it feels like suffocating when you throttle after 70km speed ,But no engine light or no codes found . I am very confused could it be fuel injectors ??
I would check for spark cause it's easy, but if you want to check the injectors then you probably need a noid light.
I take it it is just concrete, no tiles? How is it holding up?
It's tiled now. This is the 2nd bathroom, the first one (main) was done the same (but without rebar) and is 6 years old, and used everyday. Holding up well no issues. This ones status;, its been a slow process due to other things going on at the same time. Its tiled, shower screen is it. Now, just waiting for the caulking guy to come (i prefer to leave that to professional - its better than my attempt)...but we got COVID lockdown so it's delayed...
Rough as f
Thank-you for taking the time to make this video. Very helpful.
No probs thanks Bradley.
I need to do the same thing on my V6 wagon , and coincidentally enough its the exact same cylinder 🤣 thanks for the helpfull vid mate 🤙🤙
Nice one Royal Daxter!...Probably not a coincidence....there's probably a reason but i don't know what it is...
If you are going to butcher the door with such a repair anyway then save yourself a lot of trouble and just use something like plastic padding automotive 2 component filler/bondo. Simply fill up the voids and sand it off. Cutting that fiber board's outer skin ruins the material, it looses its strength and durability. Sandpaper (80 - 180 grit) is also advised. Nails were not required. Strapping a piece of tape over the glued on material would have held it in place firm enough. Also the old door hardware was not 2 meters up. I grew up with the metric system and a typical metric male is around 1.8m tall, from foot to top. Take it all as constructive criticism. There is more than one way to skin a cat. A propper old school way of fixing this right would be to fill the voids with solid wood, provided the door is of solid wood... Think wood dowels, round staff, wood blocks and chisels.
Thanks for the tips Richard. The door is not solid. There's so many ways to do it. I used what i had laying around, and now it's painted you can't see.
@@robsdiytips9296 If calk and paint can hide it and no one else is the wiser then the majority would accept the solution, even among professionals, ha ha. Thanks for the reply.
Cheers for the video bro. Just did a full computer change on my SV6, now it's finally giving me the problem. Exactly what just came up on yours. Been a long few months looking into it but there's finally light at the end of tunnel.
I didn't find any video specifically for this car...so i'm glad it's helpful to you! One thing i will note, i was too scared to clean the injector sockets in the engine in case something dropped in. I'm not sure what the best practice is for that...if anyone knows....?
Hey Chris, did you end up replacing all computers new or wreckers? My vz wagon doesn't have any computer errors but has rough idle especially when just turned on. Cheers
