You can run the Hangover with an external battery pack. I have a 5000 mAh battery that connects via USB C, I just throw it in my jersey pocket if I need that extra runtime.

Correct me if I'm mistaken - it's the mino link at the top of the seat stay you'd flip to raise or lower the BB when going mullet. The lower shock mount is to change how progressive the shock works.

Depending on the wheel choice, you can fit a 40 to a 42 easily on that frame. The Pirelli P Zero Race in a 40 is a lovely road or possible smooth tire gravel tire. The Bontrager Girona RSL in a 38 are a lovely tire as well. The wheels you have I would try the Girona in a 42, as they should not balloon out too much with a 23 internal width.

I own a Madone SL6 Gen 8 AXS size small. No issues love the bike. I had a 23 Emonda SL6 AXS prior to the Madone.

Why are the burn times so weak with this Expensive light? My relatively cheap Shanren light (10400 MAH) would put this to shame. I ride at night almost always for long backpacking trips in the boonies, and the light lasts 9+hrs...
