Some context is required: Standing outside planned parenthood clinics shaming people for personal choices IS harassment. You're lucky you didn't pick up a hate crime charge. Show the whole part of why cops are there, this video is disingenuous at best.

Again, we don’t have ALL of the information, and people are already cop hating. The video isn’t even 2 minutes long, and many folks already have the verdict. Ask yourselves…would YOU want the benefit of the doubt in the beginning when all you have is a one sided argument? This happens CONSTANTLY when filming and interacting with law enforcement. We see only what the person and camera sees at the time of the incident, and NOT what led up to the confrontation. Blocking the sidewalks and or entrances to commercial businesses violate ordinances in some states. We owe it to ourselves and law enforcement officers to get ALL of the facts. If you can’t spell the word amendment, you might want to rethink your interpretation of it. The first amendment does not mean you can say anything you want wherever and whenever you want. It means the government can’t prosecute or retaliate against you for saying most things but it does not mean that regular citizens have to tolerate your opinion. They can tell you to kick rocks, they don’t have to listen to you and yes, they can report you for harassment if you refuse to honor their wishes and continue to address them after you have been told to stop.
