@@netherworld1931 achei a tradução das músicas horríveis sério. Algumas perderam totalmente o sentido. A melhor traduzida foi say my name, e creepy old guy também mas essa foi cortada. Enfim, Cláudio botelho sempre faz isso quando traduz músicas, nunca vou entender o motivo. Mas achei os atores bons sério, a Lara e a Ana incríveis. O sterblitch tb, entendeu bem o texto. O João Telles as vezes parece que se perde um pouco, como deu pra ver no vídeo kk os dialogos foram bem adaptados pelo menos e é isso que salva essa adaptação

@@hopedixon9465 she didn’t say AAVE, she SPOKE AAVE. I think The confusion comes from the lack of education on what the language/dialect/pidgin is. It’s more than phrases and words like “slay” and “periodt”, it also consists of diction, phonetics, in this case it’s rules. I looked up the lyrics because at first it sound like Ines was saying “This my prize” which I’m not sure ab now, but the line “this my song” represents a common rule of possession in African-American Vernacular English. Which is dropping any signs of possession at all. Instead of saying “this is my *blank*”, in aave we would drop the “is” and say “this my *blank*”. Or “That’s X’s baby?” Would become “That’s X baby?”. I don’t know if there’s an exact term for it, but most people I talk to just call it “assumed possession”.
