I would love to ask Jin Kim or Shiyoon Kim how they practice keeping proportions of the face consistent.

super rad interview. one piece of feedback, especially with zoom where the audio can already bounce around a bit, the host consistently jumping in with his own comments and 'yeahs!' etc made some dialogue difficult to understand, just for the future. looking forward to the next ones!

Please don't interrupt the guest...let them speak...you interrupt them a lot by Hm mmm hmm huh yeah yup

30:14 BET doesn't do animation. So did it not occur to anyone that there is Black talent and a market that Black animation studios could serve and thus Black animation studios should exist? The lack of any desire to assist in the telling of Black stories might also play into the hiring practices.
