Over the past three years a lot of the older bands have been putting out good albums. Especially in thrash and death metal. I thought panic attack was an old song I never heard on Liquid Metal. \m/

Wow, that's a pretty significant warp. Did you try reaching out to the label about it? They typically hold back some copies in case there are issues like that. I've been pretty happy with my Record Pi so far. Even though I've noticed that it doesn't always get out the warp, it does get rid of about 80-90% of it.

Interesting that it is used through wifi. Would be interesting to hear after one year use, your thoughts about this and how much you have "saved" money with it. Have you heard or relised is there something that can make harm on vinyl? mr. Finglish (Bäd English Recs)

One of the few, if not only, modern Marantz units with a Midrange tone knob. The Midrange knob is sorely missing on today's audio equipment.

I also got both of those machine head albums. My copy of the blackening has a slight warp but doesn't really affect the play. Guess I kinda got lucky on that. I would be interesting for a video on the record pie and see how it works. I thought about getting one.

You need to get the mov pressing of the legacy alot better.

This album truly is amazing….. the bonus tracks are well worth another purchase. Saw Priest for the first time this past May…. None of their albums can truly convey how absolutely incredible they are live…. I sincerely hope I get another chance to see them

Welcome back! I have all the Sabbath albums on CD. But, aside for the Ozzy and Dio eras, all the other ones are hard to find. So, this is such a great set. Still looking for Eternal Idol. Glad you were able to get ALL of the Tony Martin era around the same time! I’ve been done preordering with Rhino. On major titles, just sticking with Amazon. Great video Daryl!

I was excited to finally see the box set get released. I wasn’t all that familiar with the Tony Martin albums and a couple of them are now among some of my favorite Sabbath albums.

Nice I also got the box set and I have a club edition pressing of eternal idol great album.

The only thing I’ve picked up was an EP from a band called Love Interest. The only reason I got it, besides the music being awesome, was one of my really good friends from back home is in the band. Otherwise, I’m not buying anything until next summer due to two major vacations. So, streaming it is! 😄 Great pick ups there!

“Getting annihilated, I guess” had me rolling 😆 I too have gotten annihilated to Metal Church many a time. Perhaps to some Black and Tans.😁 I’ve streamed it a few times. I dig it. Steve Unger (bass), lives in my town. Actually saw him walking out of a Lowe’s when I pulled in the parking lot. I got excited and my wife was wondering what all of the fuss was about. Great stuff. I also have the new overkill and stone temple pilots core on vinyl. Still need metal church and that judas priest album. I agree so far the new overkill is my favorite album from this year. I'm actually going go see them in concert next month.

Great entry! Some really solid picks! Of course Metallica's 72 Season got all the pub and few weeks ago, and is a great album, but I think that Overkill really got overshadowed by it because it was actually a "better" album! \m/

I thought it pretty good buy I still like hardwired better. I did not care for the new megadeth album it was very repetitive to me. I think the new overkill album is better and the last exodus album was alot better.
