Hey there! Would really like to do this fight for the glam but I don't have anyone to sit down a d learn the fight with. Any tips? Playing on WAR. Already in current content ILVL is 710.

i hate this, it takes months to get a full set of 720 gear for 1 job type, at least if i give up now, and wait until the next update, should be able to get gear that is 720+ then i can finally get this shit done.

wanted to cheese this whole fight but the fact you have to still do mechanics..... it's gonna be hard to find randoms to do and coordinate with T_T i wonder if it would be easier with more people though edit: you can cheese phase 2 if ppl are struggling with the tethers.... it's not ideal but it takes one to mess up for everyone to die so lol all you need to do is bring a rez mage, have the healer jump off before p2 begins, rez mage gives a raise and try to soak towers as normal but once you get hit by vuln debuff, have tank invuln and survive until stack markers appear on tank and THEN healer accept rez and immediately heal themselves up and raise (you need to immediately heal yourself up before rezzing because upcoming raidwide) preferably bring white mage because thin air and benediction

I appreciate your work, though this up thing really confuse me as non Eng speaker. I get the up down of boss meant as in boss in ground or floating, but 'you up' I don't get what 'you up' suppose to mean? I know you down meant you stay underboss for donut but you up I'm not so sure, sorry.

For this boss we used to let a DPS tank the first tank buster (they can totally tank it at lvl 100) and then the tank will stance + voke to get the boss autos So nobody have to pay attention to their life because of the TB debuff

Do you by chance help folks get panda mounts? I’ve been trying to clear P4S for a few weapon chests and the mount but 1) I haven’t seen many PFs doing it and 2) the ones I get into never meet the dps check and die before the wipe :/

I think we already killed it pretty fast before DT, with i660 bis. This even faster💀

If the meteors have already attached to you, DO NOT JUMP. The meteor will still hit where your body is, and jumping off will place your corpse in the back middle and is garuanteed to clip with the meteor back there, causing a wipe. If you can't solve the mechanic, just stand at the back corners (whichever doesn't give you a red line) and wait for the meteor to land on you.

Small note for meteors! Jumping off the map once you have your meteor tether but with enough time for your body to appear means that it will go towards wherever your body is, and likely hit the meteor on the south edge - so if you're planning to jump, do it at the last moment, or preferably just make your tether too short and die. For smaller parties, or if people are dead before meteors, Zeromus will only spawn as many meteors as there are living players - so if you have 5 living players when it starts, it'll spawn 4 meteors, they'll fall, then one bonus meteor which has a lot of freedom to place! With 5 we required a paladin to invuln and cover the healer stack (as there are simultaneously two tank busters and two dps point blanks who cannot stack so the fifth member was all alone), and it was 50/50 with towers later on whether we'd get pair stacks (wipes you) or spreads (perfectly fine!), though with 20% echo 5 of us could kill before the flare towers (sparking/branding, forget which is which), and that was back at 690 - might be better now even with undersized parties. Very glad to hear that 720 is a threshold for skipping meteors - I'll probably take my FC through it again once next patch is out with more gear, as most of them aren't savage raiding.

can i ask if you know if ppl who start farm parties unsynched on older extremes usually expect you to know mechanics? i mean i think i cannot join them in the first place without having cleared but ive been wanting to unlock mentor roulette + collect ex mounts but there is like nobody actually progging older extremes so i dont know what to do since i cant solo endwalker exs T__T im thinking of just starting clearing unsynched parties with reference to your guides/tips but im just wondering if these fights are actually cheesable and "yolo"able without guides and im just overthinking or not

Some notes! The second tankbuster does *not* go on the second in aggro dps - it goes on a random one! We've seen the dancer at 6 or 7 get it a few times. Solo healing is very viable, in that case the light party stacks go on a random tank (or the only tank), so you can just build the light party stacks around that. If you have one tank one healer, you just have two fake support for double meteor, and *either* of them can call on the flexer if they get the meteor (but only one will ever need to). I'm confused about the tank surviving the 3 sword slashes - I was under the impression that 3 stacks would just kill a tank (it certainly does through invulns, now we're wondering if the invuln *causes* it to kill you) but your tank seemed to just clear them with very little damage, so clearly I was wrong! We were doing elaborate stance management to move it to the top aggro dps for one of the hits (because just shirk won't work if you haven't been letting them get reeeeally close in aggro)

It’s always fun to see the last expansion farm strats. I had a blast getting my omega and (some) Eden mounts. By the time I was done with EW I caught up with extremes too until Barbie, leaving the next ones for this lvl100 madness lol - I remember farming Rubicante a bit on content and it was always a fear if we were to skip the limit cut or not 😂

I'm doing Zeromus unsynced, just need 1 last EW mount

I feel like I'm missing something obvious in the meteor phase... If tether + tower = death and the tank/healer each have a tether, how do they avoid getting killed? Is it possible to take the tower and then dodge out of the tether's path or something?
