Always Leave the Trail Better than you Found It
This video shows removing a couple of trees from the trail. It's important to always leave a trail better than you found it. This includes not only removing hazards, but also picking up trash along the way. #sidebyside , #trailriding

Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Soft Cab Enclosure for your 2020 RZR XP Turbo
@StarknightMT_official We will definitely look at any information you want to share with us. Contact me through our email at " oursxsadventures@gmail.com ".
Rode 85 miles one day around Ephraim. Went and filled up with gas for the next day. Then when we went to leave for dinner a little later there was no ignition. 5 or 6 of the guys I was with said "sounds like the brake switch" and "it has to be the brake switch". Solution from all of them, bypass brake switch" and another, paper clip in the brake switch." Didn't try either one of those fixes. Took it to the dealer when we got home. Even they said ,"sounds like the brake switch." Turned out to be the ignition switch after all! 🥵 Don't always trust your friends.
Actually got thinking about your situation. If you had tried the paperclip trick that would of confirmed the ignition. All the paperclip does is complete the circuit just like when you push the brake pedal. It's a safe trick that can help get you off the trail.
@oursxsadventures8156 well that is a good solution to keep in the playback if it happens again! I'll be sure and put a paperclip in my tool kit. Thanks 😊
Are you going to be doing anymore videos?
@@craigvanhousen559 yes, just haven't got to do much riding this summer. I'll have one or two in the next couple weeks. Our white machine is cut into two pieces right now.
@@oursxsadventures8156 Okay, great. Thanks for the reply back.
Brakes NOT BREAKS
Check out Atlanta, ID too.
Glad to see you guys clearing trails. I think the Kawasaki could have climbed right over that. Can’t wait to see you all again this winter in the Q.
@@bradbrad7455 The KRX are an amazing machine. You'll see in the next few videos we blew the rear differential in our 800 this weekend so it's getting retired and I think I'm going to add a KRX to our family. You'll see in about a month why our white machine is missing the back end body.
Great video and a fun trail.
Thanks, that is one of my favorite trails.
I would love to ride with you sometime but I'm afraid the long wheelbase of my KRX 4 would prohibit me from going where you go.
We'd love to have you join us to ride. We're in East Idaho in the summer and Quartzsite in the winter. 4 seat would be fine, I'd actually like to see the differences. I'm just getting started on stretching our white machine in the videos, adding a foot to it. Videos will be coming soon.
You can send contact info to oursxsadventures@gmail.com, then I'll get a phone number to you.
We are going to do the Arizona Peace Trail in October then spend the winter in Moab. We hope to spend a winter in Quartzsite soon.
We had a great time that day! Thanks guy's for inviting us to come along! 🏜
We all enjoyed it too, I'm looking forward to next winter already. I'm down at Yuma now picking up a friend's trailer, DANG IT'S HOT!!!
Contact us is your in East Idaho in the summer months or back in Arizona next winter for more rides. oursxsadventures@gmail.com
Looks like a fun trail!
Looks like a awesome place to go on a ride lots to see.
It's a unique area for sure and with a little bit of hunting there are some fun rocks to play in
What is wrong with the KRXs squalling like that?!?
We needed to clean the clutches.
That looks like a fun climb.
Nice video. Do you run any type of sealant such as Slime, Tireject... in your tires to ride the trails around Quartzsite?
So far I don't run any sealant. I was always worried about the cactus but when my buddy switched his tires on the green KRX in the videos I ran my hand around the inside of the old tires and discovered none of the quills had come through.
@@oursxsadventures8156 Thanks for the reply. My wife and I are planning on doing the Peace Trail for the first time in October and we want to be prepared.
If you're in Quartzsite area between November and the end of March we are always up for riding with others, it's a fun area.
@@oursxsadventures8156 we were planning on staying in Quartzsite this coming winter but landed jobs in Moab at a new state park. We are planning on staying next winter in Quartzsite, do you go every year? I first met you at Coral Pink Sand Dunes years ago and have been following you for about a year.
Sounds like it’s time to replace those hard stock belts with some aftermarket softer belts and use low range. Really enjoyed the video and looking forward to our next visit out there.
We learned a lot about the clutches on the KRX's this winter. Keeping them clean is a definite must and playing with different belts. What is your belt choice?
Bad ass belt. Rock and mud. I believe they changed the name recently. Super Atv has the same belt but under their name.
Now the jeep vid makes more sense
Awesome "trail" you guys ride on. I do a lot of that type of riding with my KRX. I have done some rides in that area. Can you share a Google pin drop of where that wash starts? Is it close to Dripping Springs? Thanks
Good video, that trail looks awesome!
It's a lot of fun. If you're ever in the area we would love to take you on it.
Thanks, I may take you up on that, the wife and I will be there over spring break with our buggy. @@oursxsadventures8156
Looks like a blast..watching from manitoba Canada
Great video I just found you tonight. How long did it take you to get to the falls from the gate? I want to go there and bring my camera gear this spring when the falls are heavy. But have some good light.
It's a fun ride. If my memory is correct it takes about an hour to get from the gate to the falls. On our website "oursxsadvetures. com", there are directions that will help you find it.
That looked like a fun trail. Is it on the topo or a random creek bed? I rode ~1000 miles in Quartzsite last year and never came across anything that technical.
It's a side shoot off of the Dripping Springs trail. We stumbled across it and call it Harvey's Hideout. Get in touch if you're in the area and come join us.
Thanks for the invite. I'll get in touch if I'm able to get down there this winter.@@oursxsadventures8156
I kept expecting John Wayne to come riding through on a horse.
He was in the next canyon over on a cattle drive, LOL
I recognize some of those characters (and the area).
You missed a good day to ride.
Where's your tree saver
Nice buitiful like it...
It is, I highly recommend going to see it if you're in the Tucson area. There are directions on our website.
we got to see a really big tarantula when we were at that spot. a fun little spot in the desert.
We'll have to keep an eye open for them, we just arrived in Quartzite today.
Interesting to hear about the race and the country is gorgeous!
Was great spending the weekend with you guys, so much fun!
What trail is this?
That is our good friend Steve on Hell's Gate in Moab Utah. He was 74 yrs old at the time.
I find it absolutely amazing at all the hours people have spent stacking all those lava rocks into such intricate formations. Love the couch overlooking the valley and huge vistas. Thank you so much for sharing!!
It's a beautiful area for sure. We normally camp on the Kilgore side several times by now in the summer, we haven't made it this year. Hopefully we'll be able to soon. Send us contact info if you're going to be in the area. We love riding with new friends. E-mail oursxsadventures@gmail.com
I have been wanting to get back up there. Such beautiful country in every direction.
Looks like your still having fun
KKK channel right here yyeeeha 🎉🎉
Enjoyed your video! The Kanab area is one of my favorite places to visit and photograph.
You are wasting gas and destroying my desert Con! CONNNN!
I have 2800 miles on my original belt .... why???? .... BECAUSE I DO NOT ABUSE MY UNIT !!!!!! I beefed up tie rods, a-arms, ball joints and kept stock axles because I do not reach further than the engineering has been designed for ...... so I am not that "guy" that has to screw up the ride for others....... that is a big deal !!!! 🙂
I am here in East Texas ........ I am so jealous !!!! All we have is MUD !!!!!!! I HATE mud ..... I have a 2018 Turbo Rzr stage 2 and it is set up for trails ................. I just wish someday to ride where you all go .......... 🙂
Sounds like we have similar machines, ours is a '19. I'm thinking I'd like to switch over to the Kawasaki KRX. Just worried about missing the turbo.
Happened to me at the house .....wiggled the switch and pumped hard ..... had not a problem since ....................... good video, folks !!!! Thank you !!! By the way ..... get rid of those stock tie rods ...... with those tires, you will regret it at some point ....... trust me, I KNOW !!!!!!!! 🙂
I agree, the stock tie rods will definitely leave the chat. That's our friend Fred's machine. We run the Super ATV heavy duty, they've held up well so far.
Just posted a video on my visit to Peekaboo slot Canyon last week. This is an amazing place.
We'll have to check it out. You have to love southern Utah.
Nice adventure! Awesome scenery. Those salt cedars drink a lot of water. We have quite a few in Ocotillo. You never know what you'll see on the trail. Thanks for sharing😎
How many 50" machines are in your group?
Most of us have both a 50" and a 64". Most of the time when we go south we take the big ones, mainly for the stability when playing in the rocks. In Idaho, we still have quite a few 50" trails so we use the small ones for that. My wife has a strong sentimental attachment to our 50".
Beautiful! Where did you stage?
On this trip we did just a day ride so we parked at a little park a block north of the main hwy. There is plenty of room there or some boondocks camping and RV parks. The city has RV camping in the main park you can reserve on the city web page.
Do you have to bleed the breaks afterwards?
The three I've changed we haven't had to but the possibility is definitely there for air to get in the system. Use a little caution and test the brakes.
I would for sure....it's easy. I'm replacing my switch for the second time on my 2018 XP
I Just found your youtube channel. I love the Mackay area, We've have been there 3 times, twice with our SxS.
Great area and usually not to over crowded.
I'm glad to see you sharing that with your grandson. I have been teaching my teenage boys to weld and they love it. It's a great skill to have. Good luck young man stick with it and you can build some awesome stuff and fix things some would throw away. Thank you for sharing.
That's a awesome area brother. I grew up riding this area on my dirtbikes as a kid. We would camp at Washington dam and ride to Warner Valley from there and go ride at the moon rocks because their was some nice natural terrain jumps.
It is a fun area to ride, as you know it offers a huge verity of terrain and difficulty. I can only imagine the changes you have seen from then until now.
Havnt rode down there in years now but I have heard some of our old riding places now have houses and highways through them.
Thank you so much for sharing the memorial Just beautiful!!
We're so glad to share it. It's a sight we recommend for everyone to visit. Thanks for watching!
Terrific meeting a fellow UA-camr today! Thanks for taking the tour.
Thanks for a great tour. We look forward to following your channel as well.
