too many cry babies about tipping. why is it in the servers favor anyways? what if the server completely sucks at their job? I'm suppose to feel guilty cause they're making 2 bucks an hour? nope... how about this.. I lay 30 dollars in singles on the table.. every time you do something stupid, don't take care of my table.. fail to keep up.. whatever screw up you make, I remove 1 dollar. Also, you need to keep up with your other tables, If you are such a baby about being a server, find a different job. You knew what you were getting into when you applied for the job, don't be a crappy server and you won't have any issues. Let me make this simple, do like everyone else does. Go to work.. DO YOUR JOB with a smile, even if it's fake, then go home and leave work at work. .

Check federal law if you don't believe me. If you're too stupid to point out your employee is breaking the law, then deal with 2.13 an hour.

You are correct in saying that "we" as servers/waiters etc. get paid "minimum wage". Yet, for a tipped employee, they get a "tipped minimum wage". Meaning that the minimum wage for tipped employees is less than non-tipped employees. It's the same in every state.

I'm a waitress/server whatever you want to call it. And it is true. We do make below minimum wage. Check my fucking pay stub if you don't believe it, I can't tell you obviously do not work as a server. @whatisutube

I guess what I'm saying is, they don't make 2.13 an hour. They make, as a national average, $8.16. I don't know WHERE this lie that they make less than minimum wage came from. I mean, seriously. It's like watching videos denying global warming. It confuses the shit out of me. I typically only tip if I have people with me and order a lot, otherwise, minimum wage is good enough for them.

First off, it's illegal to make someone tipout at work, meaning you DO NOT have to tipout anyone if you do not want to. Secondly, you are stealing around 20$ from the government by not claiming all your taxes, and avoiding the taxes you have to pay, essentially STEALING from the government and the company. Keep that up, and when you get auditted, you'll have to pay over 500$ a month back to the IRS for many, many years.

Then I would sue the restaurant, and all of you would be homeless. :) There are safeguards in place for a reason.

Yes i steal so so much. I claim 5 bucks per hour i work. So if i work five hours and get 120 bucks i only claim 25 MINUS my payout to host and bar. And regardless of shit like you in this world, we still make money. Maybe more than most people who go out and eat. But you are a complete sack of cheap shit.

Also, if they can afford 10$ an hour for kitchen staff (which is probably a lie to try and make your point valid, which it isn't) then they can afford to pay you up to minimum wage. If you DO get fired because you made below minimum wage, you can join the union people have created and sue the company. :) It's a win/win. The problem with that, is servers LIKE it the way it is. They LIKE whining about tips. If a wage per hour was offered to you, you'd decline it, because you already steal so much.

You would get fired shortly afterwards. No one would have to worry about your, clearly lacking, work ethic anymore.

I'm glad you've memorized my face, because if I do happen to grace your restaurant with my presence, I love to make sure to piss of the servers as much as possible. If you happen to glace at my food wrong, you get fired. I have a chart, and on it are the servers and waiters who have gotten fired, so far, by me. Mess with my food, have no job. :) It's that simple.

Plus if i dnt make minimum wage from tips, i get fired. Because to save on company labor, its not good for them to make up for my wage. So if i continue to get no tips, and they have to pay me over 2.13 an hour then they will fire me and find someone who can make at least minimum wage and only pay them $2.13! You didn't know that because you are not a server uh?
